Meet the Herd: Say Hello to Cam

Cam

Before Cam Mullen became Yik Yak’s Lead Community Developer, he was actually our first official intern!

In March of 2014, an enthusiastic college student from Vanderbilt contacted us when he saw on Twitter that we were looking for interns. Brooks and Tyler could tell that he was really passionate about the app, so they hired him right away. Cam graduated that May and moved to Atlanta to continue his internship and was eventually offered a full-time gig a few months later.

Cam’s innate ability to befriend just about everyone he meets is one of the many reasons he’s such a GREAT community developer. Their product retails for about 50 bucks and can fly around 10 minutes on a full charge. You can attach a little camera to the front to get a live scope-out of what your plane sees, which definitely won’t be abused right?

As I sat on my couch on Sunday, I tried to recall every purchase over $50 that I have made so far in 2015.
